Zucchini Pasta Salad
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiral sliced
- 12 ounces pitted black olives, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2/3 cup creamy Italian dressing or other creamy salad dressing of choice
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss to coat, then divide evenly between 4 serving plates or bowls.
