- 6 ounces strawberries, hulled (fresh or frozen and defrosted)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk, frozen into cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high for 40 to 50 seconds.
- Divide between two 8-ounce or larger glasses.
