- 1 oz. Rum
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz. Prune Juice
- 1 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- Combine all ingredients in blender with one cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into sugar-rimmed parfait glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.
