- 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 1 dash Bitters
- 1 tsp. Water
- 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
- 1 tsp. 151-proof Rum
- Stir sugar/syrup, bitters, and water in old fashioned glass.
- When sugar is dissolved, add ice cubes and light rum.
- Add a twist of lime peel and float the 151-proof rum on top.
