Ready-In-Seconds Hollandaise Sauce
- 1 1/4 cups butter-flavored coconut oil or ghee, chilled in the fridge until hardened
- 6 large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely ground sea salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend on medium speed for 15 to 25 seconds.
- If not serving immediately, refrigerate and blend again before using.
