- 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 1 tsp. Water
- 2 oz. Gin
- Club Soda
- 1 tbsp. Port
- Dissolve sugar/syrup in water and gin in highball glass.
- Top with ice, and then fill with club soda and stir.
- Float port on top.
- Garnish with fresh-grated nutmeg on top.
