Garden Bounty Tomato Soup
- 2 pounds roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 14-ounce cans beef broth
- 2 cups finely chopped assorted vegetables
- 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
