- 1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
- 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 splash Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 1 splash Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Curacao
- Shake first five ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice filled Collins glass and float cura-cao on top.
- Garnish with pineapple and orange slices and a maraschino cherry.
