- 1 (12-oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 (6 1/2-oz) jar marinated artichoke quarters, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 (4-oz) can sliced cremini mushrooms, drained
- 4 ounces salami, sliced
- 3 tablespoons capers, drained
- 3/4 cup vinaigrette of choice
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss to coat.
