Virginia Dare
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Benedictine
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz. Aged Rum
- 2 slices Pear
Directions
- Muddle 1 pear slice in mixing glass.
- Add other ingredients.
- Shake with ice and double-strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with remaining pear slice.
