- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice, or more as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 frozen banana, optional
- 2 cups unsweetened frozen sliced or chopped peaches
- Put the yogurt, juice, vanilla, and the banana in the blender first, followed by the peaches.
- Pulse the machine, then turn it on and whiz until smooth, adding orange juice if necessary.
- Serve right away.
