Ingredients

• 2 1/4 oz. Gin
• 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
• 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a slice of smoked salmon skewered flat on a pick.
