The Wink

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gin
• 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
• 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
• 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
• 1 splash Absinthe

Directions

1. Stir all but absinthe with ice.
2. Strain into chilled, absinthe-rinsed old fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a wink.
