The Tantris Sidecar

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Cognac (VS)
• 1/2 oz. Calvados (Apple Brandy)
• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 1/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz. Chartreuse (Green)

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with a lemon twist.
