Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Whiskey (Bourbon)
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 7 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 7 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 4 oz. Champagne, chilled
Directions
- Build, in the order given, in champagne flute.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
