The Brass Fiddle
- 2 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 3/4 oz. Tennessee Whiskey
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Grenadine
- Combine first four ingredients in blender with one cup ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into parfait glass that has been swirled with grenadine.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
