The All-American Daiquiri

Ingredients

• Blue Layer: 3/4 oz. Light Rum or Vodka
• Blue Layer: 3/4 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• Blue Layer: 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• Blue Layer: 1/2 oz. Blueberry Flavoring
• Red Layer: 3/4 oz. Light Rum or Vodka
• Red Layer: 2 oz. Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
• White Layer: Whipped Cream

Directions

1. For red and blue layers: blend ingredients with one cup crushed ice until very thick.
2. Layer frozen colors, blue on the bottom and white on the top, in parfait glass.
3. Top with a maraschino cherry and an American flag frill pick.
