- 5 oz. Frozen Sliced Strawberries in Syrup, partially thawed
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 oz. Creme de Cacao (White)
- 1 oz. Brandy
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into white-wine glass.
- Top with sweetened whipped cream.
- Garnish with chocolate curls.
- Serve with a straw and a spoon.
