Strawberries And Cream

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
• 1 1/2 tbsps. Sugar
• 2 oz. Half-and-Half
• 2 Whole Strawberries

Directions

1. Place first three ingredients in blender with 2 cups crushed ice and blend until smooth.
2. Add strawberries and blend for 10 seconds.
3. Pour into parfait glass and serve with a straw.
4. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
