Ingredients

• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• Ginger Beer
• 2 oz. Rum

Directions

1. Fill 10 ounce highball glass with ice.
2. Add rum and pineapple juice and top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with pineapple wedge, mint leaves, and candied ginger on skewer.
