Stone Wall
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz. Fresh Skinned Ginger
- 3/4 oz. Demerara Syrup (Cane Syrup)
- 1 1/2 oz. Fresh Apple Cider
- 1 1/2 oz. Rum
- 1 1/2 oz. Jamaican Ginger Beer
Directions
- Muddle ginger and syrup in mixing glass.
- Add cider and rum and shake with ice.
- Strain into ice filled old fashioned glass and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime squeeze and a green apple slice.
