Steak Fry Cups



  1. Place the oil, coconut aminos, hot sauce, lime juice, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Whisk to combine, then add the steak, onion, and bell pepper and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. When ready to cook the steak, transfer the entire contents of the bowl to a frying pan.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  6. Divide the endive leaves evenly among 6 plates.
  7. To serve, fill each leaf with 2 tablespoons of the steak mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with the parsley.
