Speedy Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 1 17-ounce package refrigerated cooked beef roast au jus
- 2 10.75-ounce cans condensed beefy mushroom soup
- 1 16-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 teaspoons snipped basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
- If necessary, cut meat into bite-size pieces.
- In a Dutch oven combine all ingredients except milk.
- Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Stir in milk and basil, if using.
- Heat through.
