South-Side Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 1 1/2 oz. Gin

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with two sprigs of fresh mint.
