South Indian Yogurt Cooler
- 1 1/2 cups full-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 4 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 small Indian green chile or serrano chile, finely chopped
- Pinch of asafetida (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the ice.
- Add the ice cubes and blend.
- Serve immediately.
