Smooth Move

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Rum
• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz. Prune Juice
• 1 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 1 oz. Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender with one cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into sugar-rimmed parfait glass.
3. Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.
