Shiso No Natsu

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Sake
• 1 oz. Gin
• 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
• 4 Shiso Leaves

Directions

1. Muddle the shiso leaves.
2. Add the other ingredients.
3. Stir with ice and double-strain into chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a shiso leaf.
