Shady Grove

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Gin
• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• Ginger Beer

Directions

1. Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar/syrup with ice.
2. Strain into ice filled highball glass.
3. Fill with ginger beer.
