Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Simple Syrup
• 1 oz. Brandy (Spanish)
• 2 oz. Cava

Directions

1. Shake first three ingredients.
2. Strain into chilled red wine glass.
3. Top with Cava.
