Ingredients

• 1 cube Sugar
• 1 1/2 oz. Whisky (Scotch)
• 1 dash Bitters
• Champagne, chilled

Directions

1. Place sugar cube in champagne flute.
2. Add Scotch and bitters, and fill with Champagne.
