Scotch Bonnet

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. Whisky (Single Malt Scotch)
• 1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
• 1/4 oz. Aperol
• 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a flamed orange twist.
