Salmon Bacon Rolls With Dipping Sauce

Directions

  1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan, but not too cripsy to bend.
  2. Cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Place a square of salmon on one end of a bacon strip.
  4. Roll the salmon in the bacon, secure with a toothpick, and place on a plate.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a bowl and serve with salmon rolls.
