Salmon Bacon Rolls With Dipping Sauce
- 8 strips bacon
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 16 squares
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free barbecue sauce
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan, but not too cripsy to bend.
- Cut in half lengthwise.
- Place a square of salmon on one end of a bacon strip.
- Roll the salmon in the bacon, secure with a toothpick, and place on a plate.
- Mix the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a bowl and serve with salmon rolls.
