Rum Cooler
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 oz. Club Soda
- 2 oz. Light Rum
- Club Soda or Ginger Ale
Directions
- In Collins glass, dissolve sugar/syrup in club soda.
- Stir.
- Fill glass with ice and add rum.
- Fill with club soda or ginger ale and stir again.
- Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.
