Rum Collins
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 oz. Light Rum
- Club Soda
Directions
- Shake juice, sugar/syrup, and rum with ice.
- Strain into chilled Collins glass.
- Add several ice cubes, fill with club soda, and stir.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve with a straw.
