Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, 3-4 lbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry, white wine
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tsp rosemary
Directions
- Preheat oven to 430 F.
- Mix ingredients, then pour inside and on top of chicken.
- Bake for 90 minutes, basting occasionally if you get a chance.
- Remove from oven, wait 10 minutes before serving.
