Remsen Cooler

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Club Soda
• 2 oz. Gin
• Club Soda or Ginger Ale

Directions

1. Combine sugar/syrup and club soda in Collins glass.
2. Stir.
3. Add ice and gin.
4. Fill with club soda or ginger ale and stir again.
5. Garnish with a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.
