Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Gin
• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
• 2 tbsp. Cream
• 1 egg white
• 1 tbsp. Superfine Sugar
• 3-4 dashes Orange Flower Water
• 1/4 oz. Club Soda

Directions

1. Shake first seven ingredients with ice for at least one minute (or blend on low in a blender) until foamy.
2. Strain into chilled red wine glass, top with club soda, and stir.
