Quick Pork-Bean Soup
- 12 ounces lean boneless pork
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 11.5-ounce can condensed bean with bacon soup
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrot
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- Cut pork into thin bite-size strips.
- In a large skillet cook the meat and onion in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
