  1. In a Dutch oven cook beef, turkey, onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except potato and sage leaves.
  4. Bring to boiling.
  5. Stir in potato and reduce heat.
  6. Simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sage leaves.
