Prosciutto Biscuits



  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Whisk together the mayonnaise and eggs in a bowl.
  4. Mix the coconut flour and baking powder in another bowl.
  5. Stir the mayonnaise mixture and dry ingredients together.
  6. Mix in the chopped prosciutto and green onions.
  7. Divide the dough evenly into 12 pieces.
  8. Roll into balls, place on the lined baking sheet and flatten until 1 inch thick.
  9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve.
