Preakness Cocktail

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey (Rye)
• 1 dash Bitters
• 1/2 tsp. Benedictine

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
