Pork Satay Stew

Directions

  1. Trim fat from meat.
  2. Cut meat into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients except half-and-half, rice, peanuts and green onion.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
  5. Stir in half-and-half.
  6. Serve meat mixture over rice.
  7. Sprinkle with peanuts and green onion.
