Planter'S Punch No. 1

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Lime Juice
• 2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Club Soda
• 2 dashes Bitters
• 2 1/2 oz. Light Rum
• 1 dash Grenadine

Directions

1. Mix first three ingredients in ice filled Collins glass, and stir until glass is frosted.
2. Add bitters and rum.
3. Stir and top with grenadine.
4. Garnish with slices of lemon, orange, and pineapple, and a maraschino cherry.
5. Serve with a straw.
