Pizza Stew With Biscuits



  1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients up to baking mix.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
  3. For biscuits, in a bowl combine baking mix, Parmesan, and oregano.
  4. Add milk and stir.
  5. Turn cooker to high setting.
  6. Drop biscuit dough by the tablespoonful into stew to make 5 biscuits.
  7. Cover and cook for 45 to 60 minutes. (Do not lift cover during cooking.)
  8. Sprinkle each serving with mozzarella cheese.
