Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Gin
• 1/2 oz. Applejack
• 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1/4 oz. Grenadine
• 1 Egg White

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled red wine glass.
