Pineapple Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar
• 2 oz. Light Rum
• Club Soda

Directions

1. Shake juice, sugar/syrup, and rum with ice.
2. Strain into chilled highball glass over two ice cubes.
3. Fill with club soda and stir.
