Peppermint Penguin
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe (Green)
- 1/2 oz. Chocolate Mint Liqueur
- 3 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- 3 oz. Light Cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender with one cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into hurricane or parfait glass.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a cookie and a maraschino cherry.
