Penicillin

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 oz. Whisky (Blended Scotch)
• 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• 3/8 oz. Honey Syrup
• 3/8 oz. Ginger Liqueur
• 1/4 oz. Whisky (Islay Single Malt Scotch)

Directions

1. Shake first four ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into ice filled old fashioned glass.
3. Float Scotch on top and garnish with a lemon wheel.
