Peanut Chutney
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
- 2 small Indian green chiles or serrano chiles, halved and stems removed
- 1 1 1/2-inch piece ginger, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients plus 3 tablespoons water in a blender and blend.
- Taste and adjust the salt, if needed.
