Peach Melba Freeze

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
• 3/4 oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur
• 3/4 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
• 4 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
• 3/4 oz. Light Cream
• 1 oz. Melba Sauce or Raspberry Jam

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into parfait glass.
3. Garnish with a peach slice.
